My Sister, My Friend Retreat
November 7-9, 2008

The Dominican Center for Religious Development is sponsoring a Retreat for Blood Sisters, "Like Sisters" and Soul Sisters which will take place at Weber Center in Adrian, Michigan, on November 7-9, 2008. Participants are invited to spend the weekend remembering, reminiscing, and reconnecting with a sister, a female relative or a friend. Throughout the weekend, you will be invited to revisit your past, become current with your present, and imagine your future. The weekend will include prayer, alone and together times, activities and sharing. The poet, Emily Dickenson, writes "…My sister, my friend, is my estate. My sister, my friend will be the treasure I accrue in life…" Come and celebrate with us the sacrament of Sisterhood, Friendship.

Presenters: Gail Bacigal, Nancy Mason Bordley and Ann Petrini Lindamond are experienced Retreat Facilitators, Spiritual Directors, wives, and Sister-Friends.

Cost: Resident fee: Single Occupancy: $210; Double Occupancy: $180 which includes meals, room and retreat fee.

Weber Center is located on the Campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters' Motherhouse at 1257 E. Siena Heights Drive, Adrian, MI 49221.
