To apply for the Internship in Spiritual Direction Program you are required to send:

• An Application Form
• Three Recommendation Forms
• Transcripts of all college/university transcripts
• A $ 70.00 application fee

Please call the Dominican Center (313.387.9574) and request that the required forms be sent to you or you can download and print the Application Form and the Recommendation Form.

Please complete the Application Form and mail it with your personal statement to the Dominican Center. Send copies of the Recommendation Form to three persons and ask them to complete the forms and send them to the Dominican Center for Religious Development.

If you download this material, please make sure you print three (3) copies of this form as you must submit three Recommendation forms as part of your application.

All materials should be in by August 1, 2008.

Once all your materials are in you will be contacted to arrange a personal interview with the staff of the Dominican Center for Religious Development.
