Each year Pope Francis writes a message for the World Day of Peace.  This year with the world so fractured by opposing groups and political parties, he has chosen to talk about the role of good politics.  Francis reminds us that good politics is a form of charity because of a commitment to the common good.  Francis is insistent that good politics is at the “service of peace”.  He calls all of us to be peacemakers for the good of our world and societies.  He challenges us to a conversion of heart.  Read the full message below:
